One Chesterfield Place, the $23 million office building in Chesterfield, Missouri, have filed Chapter 7 bankruptcy.
NNN One Chesterfield Place 7 LLC and 14 “tenants in common” filed in
U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Missouri.
Authorized individuals for the 15 corporations are: Jody Weber, Keith Weber, Irving Metzger of
Metzger Fam of Saratoga LLC, J.K. Henges of
TTEE J.K. Henges Revocable Living Trust, Roy Krieger, Lillian Krieger, R.A. Wykstra of
R.A. Wykstra Revocable Trust, A. Bessenbacher of
JPB Properties LLC of California,
Brian and Stephanie LaFortune Family Trust, Hamilton Chaffee and Debra Oviatt, John M. Riggio of
John M. Riggio Revocable Trust, D.R. Happe of
Happe Archers Non-Profit Trust, Sharyl Lee, W.W. Campbell and Milna DeLa Paz, reports Jacob Kirn in the
St. Louis Business Journal.
Each of the corporations list assets of $10 million to $50 million and liabilities of $10 million to $50 million. The corporations list one another as creditors, as well as creditors including, but not limited to,
