Cactus Rose Construction Inc., a Tempe, Arizona, construction company, has recently filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy in
U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Phoenix. The company lists assets of between $500,000 and $1 million and debts of between $1 million and $10 million, according to bankruptcy documents.

Arizona Corporation Commission records show that David, Rosemary and Abram Hofelich are corporate managers of Cactus Rose Construction. David Hofelich is listed as Cactus Rose’s president in the firm’s bankruptcy filings.
