New York Design Firm Files Chapter 7 Bankruptcy

Creative Kitchens of Glenmont Ltd., a kitchen and bathroom design business in New York’s Capital Region, has filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy in
U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Albany following the death of its owner and founder, Edward Pacuk, who died last year.
According to a story in the
Albany Business Review by Adam Sichko, the design firm lists some $27,000 in assets and approximately $221,000 in liabilities. KeyBank is listed as the company’s only secured creditor.
