Ron Lee, owner of two now-shuttered
Huddle House restaurants, has recently filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy. In his bankruptcy filing, Lee, DBA Leaky Cup Holdings, listed debt of $1.2 million and assets of only $316,000.

The Wichita Eagle by Dan Voorhis, Lee and fellow-franchisee David Key, had opened a Huddle House location in Newton, Kansas, in mid-2011, as well as a second eatery in El Dorado shortly thereafter.
