West Virginia Mayor Files Chapter 7 Bankruptcy

Bridgeport, West Virginia mayor, Mario Blount has recently filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy.
The Exponent Telegram reports that Blount lists his assets at $185,432.84 and over $1.5 million in liabilities.
Blount, a pharmacist, has been charged in a federal information case with conspiracy to possess and distribute Schedule II controlled substances, distribution of oxymorphone and false or fraudulent material omission, the article maintains.
Unable to currently find work as an RPh, Blount is currently working as a roofer.
